New tenants get a 14-day free trial. After the trial, your tier's billing begins. You can cancel at any time during the trial with no charge.
Subscription tiers (Starter, Pro, Enterprise) bill monthly. Tier changes take effect on the next billing cycle. You can downgrade or upgrade from your tenant settings.
Your tenant data is yours. We host it. You can export it at any time. If you cancel, we retain it for 30 days then permanently delete it (unless legally required to retain longer).
We aim for high availability but make no SLA guarantees on Starter/Pro tiers. Enterprise customers get a written SLA.
Service is provided "as is." We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use.
We may update these terms; the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
